Terms and Conditions
- Participants may register as individuals
- Each participant is only allowed to submit one poster.
- Posters must be original and have never been published or entered in another competition.
- Posters must be A1 size (594 x 841 mm) and in PDF format.
- Poster content must include title, participants’ names, affiliation, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Posters must be in English.
- Presentations must be made within a maximum of 3 (three) minutes in English
- Before the competition occurred, participant must join the technical meeting in the same day
- The competition will be held in offline
